PRESENTATION EVENING 2024

The menu for the Presentation Evening is below. Please make yours and your guests choices along with making the payment to Phil or the Society account. Please notify both Sohail and Phil if paying by bank transfer as well as numbers. Please do NOT leave it too late. You have a deadline date sent to you by email from Phil. It would be great if you get everything in before then.

Cost: £40 per person

We will also be doing another raffle this year which seemed to go very well last year. WE ARE LOOKING FOR DONATIONS TO THE RAFFLE, prizes big or small would be appreciated, the proceeds all go back into the society for your benefit. (Thank you)

We really need numbers for the presentation evening to cover our costs, so please attend and invite as many guests as you can, friends, enemies, family, mistresses' whoever, Let's make it a bumper presentation...

Itinerary

Times:

Guests arrive at 6:30pm

Seated for 6:50pm

Meal Served promptly at 7:00 (Do not be late please)

Entertainment: Live entertainment from Chad, former lead singer of "The Speech" who have played for us before and invited back by popular demand only to be later scuppered by the COVID lockdown.

Entertainment Set 1: 8.30pm

Trophy presentation approximately at 9:30pm

Entertainment Set 2: 10:00pm

Disco: 11:00pm

Carriages: 12:00

Please note that the entertainment and presentation of trophies are approximate timings.

Dress Code : Gents Jacket and Tie, ladies as always looking gorgeous !!!
